The TLC is hosting informational fairs for licensees who have applied for, or purchased a Street Hail Livery permit or base endorsement. At these fairs, licensees will have the opportunity to speak with TLC staff and have their questions about the licensing process answered.
Representatives from automobile dealers who sell wheelchair-accessible vehicles will also be available, as well as staff members from several non-profit lending organizations who can answer any questions you may have about taking out a loan for the cost associated with purchasing a permit or endorsement. We will also have representatives from TLC-licensed LPEP providers, which are the companies that sell the credit and debit card readers.
We encourage any and all who have applied for, or purchased a street hail livery permit or base endorsement to come to any of the following informational fairs. Please make sure to arrive on time as capacity is limited and you may be turned away.
